The staff were very polite and made my stay pleasant. The restaurant offered awesome breakfast with excellent dishes. The location was marvelous; it was easy to walk to a temple, a fortress, the bay, and a park.

Excellent hotel staff. I had my drinks spiked at the club I visited ( Insomnia ) during that night. I turned weird and violent towards any one goes pass me , and started acting violent towards my girl friend also. Night staff attended the situation well and got me and my girl friend out of danger. Without there professional approach , my girl friend would have got hurt and I would have end up in Jail. In the morning I realize something funny has happen got tested positive for ghb. Any thing in that night I din't had any memory. One time I was naked in the hotel corridor. They took my gf to another room till my situation get better. Lucky she is still with me.

A very Happy stay! I checked in at 1pm and although the room wasn't available, the staff made me feel welcome and helped me with directions every day. The Handy Phone was incredibly useful for a solo traveler like me. Overall good stay. Keep it up!

I loved the location because it was central to the places we wanted to go to and the area had a lot of restaurants, takeaway places and shops nearby but it was tucked around a corner that wasn't so busy. So it was the best of both worlds.
When I booked, I specifically asked if there was a freezer because i was a breastfeeding mom and needed to store my milk. I got a response that there was a freezer in the room and that I didn't need to worry. Well when we got there, there was no freezer and because there was no restaurant in the hotel, there was no place for me to store my milk.

I had a wonderful stay at a quaint hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms were small, but tastefully designed. The hotel's proximity to the Tin Hau MTR station made it easy to explore different shopping districts in Hong Kong. There were also plenty of dining options nearby, including both local and international cuisine. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The location just off the Tin Hau MTR line and one subway stop away from Causeway Bay was ideal. It is also near the Airport Express Bus stop (HK$40/trip) which provides a cheaper alternative to taking the Airport Express MTR (HK$100/trip).The hotel does not have dining facilites but the immediate area has a number of good food establishments and groceries/convenience stores. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, discreet and provided excellent service. The price is also attractive compared to other Hong Kong hotels of similar nature.
The rooms were on the small side which means only a maximum of 2 persons per room can be accommodated. But this is normal for most boutique / budget business hotels in Hong Kong.

Very nicely furnished unit with a nice decor. Conveniently located hotel close to the MTR and the airport express bus service, further afield and even the golden arches. Again, not far from Tin Hau.
Bustling area.

My stay at Butterfly On Victoria Boutique Hotel was really good for the 2 short nights I spent in Hong Kong. The location was comfortable and just a few steps away from everywhere I wanted to go. I enjoyed a nice evening at Chilli Thai Restaurant, which was conveniently located near the hotel.

Great location, just a short walk to MTR(subway), tram and bus stations. Modern design and clean. Lots of restaurants around. Helpful Staff. Polite cleaning ladies.
Room is TERRIBLY small and I could only place my suitcase on the ground. Cant fully control the air conditioning in the room and even after i turned it to low it's still very noisy and windy. If you're not used to visiting a busy asian city, this is definitely not a good place to wind down after a day outside.

The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood with many restaurants and shops nearby, making it very convenient for guests. The staff were attentive and provided great service throughout our stay, ensuring that our basic amenities were always kept clean and well-maintained. The rooms may be small, but they are cozy and comfortable, with a well-functioning shower and even a coffee machine which was a great addition.
No negative aspects to mention, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel is very new and clean. The location is good although it is not in the heart of the shopping district. Just a stop away from Causeway Bay. Good local delicacies atound.
The surrounding is a bit too rundown.

Although small, the room was well laid out with a nice size tv and a wonderful shower head. The area was close to some local food vendors. I don't know the names of the places I ate, since I was aiming for Cantonese and good dim sum and those places did not always speak English. There were also some English speaking establishments near by, as well as a more traditional breakfast place. The hotel was a brief walk from Tin Hau MTR station. There was also a bus station nearby.
I arrived at 1:50 pm and was told that because I was early the room was not ready. This would have been acceptable (check in @ 2) except when I asked if I should come back in 10 minutes I was told it would be 30 minutes. Again, it was not a huge deal but it didn't matter if I was early or not; the room was not ready yet. If you decide to pay in cash you have pay in advance for that night. I like to spend local currency during my stay and withdraw just enough to use up all currency when paying the hotel. Paying in advance meant I had to budget better. The location was stated as Causeway Bay, but if you are using google maps its quarry bay. This has nothing to do with the hotel, just an FYI.
